Looovvee using this recipe for meal prepping! This made about 4 portions 🙂
2 lbs ground turkey
2 cups of cauliflower rice
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 red onion, diced
1 avocado, diced
2 cups of cherry tomatoes, diced
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
Some hot sauce to drizzle over the top!
- Cook ground turkey in either multipurpose seasoning or a taco seasoning here http://skinnyms.com/skinny-ms-taco-…
- Saute the cauliflower rice in butter till soft.
- Rinse beans and corn
- Add all ingredients into prepping containers (PICTURED ABOVE)
- Feel free to drizzle hot sauce or some type of dressing over the top!
