Paleo Taco Bowls

Looovvee using this recipe for meal prepping! This made about 4 portions 🙂
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey
2 cups of cauliflower rice
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 red onion, diced
1 avocado, diced
2 cups of cherry tomatoes, diced
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
Some hot sauce to drizzle over the top!
Directions:
  1. Cook ground turkey in either multipurpose seasoning or a taco seasoning here http://skinnyms.com/skinny-ms-taco-…
  2. Saute the cauliflower rice in butter till soft.
  3. Rinse beans and corn
  4. Add all ingredients into prepping containers (PICTURED ABOVE)
  5. Feel free to drizzle hot sauce or some type of dressing over the top!
